Payment and delivery
Online payments with Autopay
Online payments are processed by Autopay S.A., ul. Powstańców Warszawy 6, 81-718 Sopot, Poland, KRS 0000320590, NIP 5851351185. Provider information: autopay.pl. Select Autopay at checkout and follow the payment provider’s instructions. Currently available methods are shown in the payment form; availability may depend on your device and the selected method. We receive electronic payment confirmation. Opening the payment screen or returning to the shop does not by itself confirm successful payment.
Delivery within Poland
- InPost parcel locker: PLN 16.49 per order.
- InPost courier: PLN 19.49 per order.
We arrange shipments through Furgonetka.pl; InPost is the carrier. For parcel locker delivery, select a point on the map and confirm it. Its code and address are saved with your order. For courier delivery, enter your delivery address.
We dispatch within 3 working days of payment confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Estimated transit time is 1–3 working days after dispatch; total estimated delivery time is up to 6 working days from payment confirmation. We will inform you of delays. Statutory rights relating to delay are unaffected.
