How is the jewellery packaged and what is included?
I pack each pendant in a decorative satin pouch and include a cord, so you can wear it straight away. Both the pouch and the cord are included.
Will I receive the exact pendant shown in the photographs?
Yes. The photographs of an available product show the exact piece you will receive. Each stone has a unique natural pattern, so once a pendant is sold, an identical one cannot be ordered. Colours may vary slightly with your screen and lighting.
How can I check the size of a pendant?
Each product page lists the stone setting dimensions, total length including the bail, and weight. Dimensions are in millimetres. Compare them with a ruler or jewellery you already wear, as the photographs show enlarged details.
When will my order be dispatched?
We prepare your order for dispatch within 3 working days after payment confirmation. Choose an InPost locker for PLN 16.49 or an InPost courier for PLN 19.49. Delivery transit time is additional.
Can I return a pendant if it is not right for me?
Yes. For a consumer purchase, you have 14 days from receiving the parcel to notify us that you wish to withdraw, followed by 14 days to send the product back. See Returns and complaints in the footer for details and a withdrawal template.
